Qt Data Visualization

The Qt Data Visualization module enables you to visualize data in 3D as bar, scatter, and surface graphs. It's especially useful for visualizing depth maps and large quantities of rapidly changing data, such as data received from multiple sensors. The look and feel of graphs can be customized by using themes or by adding custom items and labels.

Qt Data Visualization is built on Qt 6 and OpenGL to take advantage of hardware acceleration and Qt Quick 2.

Using the Module

QML API

The QML types of the module are available through the QtDataVisualization import. To use the types, add the following import statement to your .qml file:

Sélectionnez
import QtDataVisualization

C++ API

Using a Qt module's C++ API requires linking against the module library, either directly or through other dependencies. Several build tools have dedicated support for this, including CMake and qmake.

Building with CMake

Use the find_package() command to locate the needed module component in the Qt6 package:

Sélectionnez
find_package(Qt6 REQUIRED COMPONENTS DataVisualization)
target_link_libraries(mytarget PRIVATE Qt6::DataVisualization)

For more details, see the Build with CMake overview.

Building with qmake

To configure the module for building with qmake, add the module as a value of the QT variable in the project's .pro file:

Sélectionnez
QT += datavisualization
