Addendum to the Nokia Corporation Qt GPL Exception Version 1.3

This document contains the full license text of those of the licenses referred to in the Nokia Corporation Qt GPL Exception Version 1.3 in which the reference does not include a version number or a version date.

                                 Preamble

 The intent of this document is to state the conditions under which a
 Package may be copied, such that the Copyright Holder maintains some
 semblance of artistic control over the development of the package,
